1. Participation terms, contest period

1.1. The “LiteFinance’s Successful Partner” contest runs from the first day of each month, 00:00:00, until the last day of each month, 23:59:59 (server time specified, indicated in the trading platform).

1.2. A partner of LiteFinance has the right to register for the Successful Partner contest every month.

1.3. Preliminary registration for the next contest stage starts right after the start of the current stage and lasts during its whole period. One cannot register for a contest stage after it starts.

1.4. 30 prizes are raffled within the framework of the contest.

1.5. Any disputes that may arise regarding the contest and its results shall be sorted out through negotiations.

1.6. The participation terms correspond to the Terms of LiteFinance’s Affiliate Agreement.

1.7. When registering for the contest, a participant accepts all the limitations and rules related to the contest. Should the contest rules be broken, the company reserves the right to disqualify the participant in the course of the contest or determination of winners.

2. Winners' determination and prizes getting

2.1. The winners of “Successful Partner” will be the first 30 participants on the list based on their ranking at the end of the contest.

2.2. The ranking will be based on the sum of commission payouts received during the contest period.

2.3. In case 2 or more participants rank equally, the participant bringing in more referrals during the contest period will be regarded as the winner.

2.4. The list of winners will be published after the contest ends.

2.5. The winners will be awarded money prizes that will be deposited in their main trading accounts. The sums will depend on the place taken by the participant:

2.6. LiteFinance reserves the right to request any additional information regarding the participant’s identity when crediting a prize.

2.7. The prize money will be deposited in the main trading account within 3 business days after the results have been published on the site.

2.8. Prize funds can be withdrawn as soon as they are deposited in the winners’ accounts.

2.9. LiteFinance reserves the right to use the information related to the winning accounts for advertising purposes and publish it in any sources of information. The winners are invited to participate in LiteFinance’s advertising and marketing activities such as interviews, photo- and video-reports, and press releases concerning the contest. At the same time LiteFinance commits itself not to divulge the winner’s private information (including name and surname) without the winner’s consent. Should a winner refuse to participate in those activities, LiteFinance reserves the right to disqualify the winner and award the prize to the participant occupying the next place in the final ranking.

2.10. LiteFinance has the right to amend the contest terms at any time without notice. These changes will come into effect with the start of the next contest.

2.11. The Organizer and sponsor of this promotion is the group of companies under the LiteFinance brand.
