There have been recently more frauds that involve illegal use of the LiteFinance trademark for creating fake groups and chats in social networks or messengers, and fake sites.
It’s important to note that scammers often use the names of large and reputable companies for their spam schemes.
Please be careful and beware of cyber-criminals! Pay attention to who sent you a message and what domain name is used in links.
Also, we have been informed that fraudsters or competitors sometimes create fake support accounts on Telegram and text our clients in the company’s name to obtain their personal data or blacken the company’s reputation.
We were also informed that there are cases when clients send their funds to cybercriminals using the details they received on social media. Please note that you can top up your account ONLY in the LiteFinance Client Profile https://my.litefinance.org/ using the payment details specified there. The company’s employees never ask for passwords or clients’ confidential payment data. They do not provide any account or wallet details to top up a trading account in chats, social media, or anywhere else.
Important Reminder: Do not hand over your money to third parties for trading. There is a safer alternative – the copy trading system. In this system, your funds remain in your own accounts, and you simply mirror the trades of successful traders onto your account. By handing over your money to third-party accounts, you assume the risks associated with its safekeeping.

How you can understand you’re talking to LiteFinance’s official support team or representative
We never contact our clients first on social networks and messengers.
We never ask our clients to install any remote access software, such as TeamViewer or Microsoft Remote Desktop.
The company phones clients only if they have requested a phone call. The support team may phone you to verify your phone number or new payment method.
We never request any passwords or any other secure payment details that give access to your accounts or money.
The official support team contacts you only bу email or phone specified in your Client Profile, and via Support Team’s internal communication channel on the online platform. It’s always the first on your list of chats.
